Allied in quality

In 2021, allpa Marine Equipment from the Netherlands and Germany was acquired, followed by the acquisition of Combi Noord in 2022 and, in 2023, the acquisition of Technautic and Technik fürs Boot. Since October 1, 2023, Technik fürs Boot will continue under the name allpa Technik fürs Boot GmbH. These four wholesalers play a crucial role in supplying technical-nautical products to companies in the water sports sector through an extensive catalog and webshop. Together the wholesalers supply more than 65,000 products from stock.

The strategic growth and synergies created by these acquisitions have strengthened our position in the market and enable us to even better serve our customers with high-quality products and expertise. About Allpa

allpa Marine Equipment, founded in 1971, is an Dutch and German wholesaler of technical lmarine products, located in the east of the Netherlands close to the German border and enjoys a long-standing good reputation for high quality service and technical support of brands such as Seastar, Johnson Pump, Twin Disc, Radice, Tessilmare, Lofrans, Selva, Solé, Springfield, NHK, Airxcell / Can and Can SB among many others including their own house brands.

Technautic proudly presents its brand new webshop! They have been working hard in recent months on a new online experience to serve customers even better. This new webshop is the result of the continued commitment to create a user-friendly environment.

The website is designed with the user experience in mind. The customer will find that it is now much easier to browse and find what you are looking for, whether it is water sports equipment, technical support or product information. The whole thing was created in collaboration with Mach3Builders and Senang Vormgeving.

New leadership

Mercator Marine Group (MMG), one of the largest (B2B) suppliers of technical parts and accessories in the recreational marine industry in Europe have appointed Jarno Berkhof as its new CEO.

MMG comprises of a group of four marine companies based in the Netherlands and Germany (allpa Marine Equipment / Combi Noord / Technautic / allpa GmbH Technik Fürs Boot).

An MMG spokesman said “Jarno Berkhof brings a wealth of experience, and a strong track record of success gained within the recreational marine market. His strategic vision, combined with proven leadership and commercial skills, makes him the perfect fit to lead Mercator Marine Group into our next phase of growth and we are thrilled to have him onboard”
